On herc it keeps going off despite I am near him, it states that it pauses when near him yet when I am near him it still activates 🀦. Anyone else noticed this or am I the unlucky one during this EOP fight.πŸ€”

    The active unblockable/indestructible buffs are paused while you are far away from him. They start expiring when you are near him.

    Your champ distance from Herc doesn't impact the activation timer of these buffs. Just a simple situation of misreading the node.

    These types of nodes or abilities can be frustrating. There’s no measurement of distance in game. Near or far is too vague.

    At least someone like Mephisto has an Aura you can see.

    yea some hits in the combo of champs, for example shehulk, punches the AI a bit and you can see the meter stuttering and pausing after each hit. its not super noticeable but still happens.

    Consider this is where the limit is between near or far, for all game nodes and mechanics.
    The limit is the same as Mephisto aura, Omega Red death field, close encounters and more.
    So there is really a measurement of distance in the game and all experienced players know where it is.
    To put this simply, near is considered inside medium attack range and far outside of it πŸ™‚
