Why don't Kabam do anything about the constant spammers advertising "free units" sites?

Every time, I report and block and nothing comes of it.
When I report and block, they disappear for a while and a new one comes along under a different name.
And when I block that one, the first one that I blocked comes back?!
Why doesn't Kabam do anything about this.
Like literally make me a mod and I'll ban them for you if you like Kabam, for free.
