Mangog fight

Hello, I've tried fighting the boss, Mangog on the event quest and it keeps crashing out. I'm losing health for the crash, but his health remains despite damage I've done via specials.

I do hope there can be addressing of this. This was the issue I had similar to the Wiccan fight on EQ last month.

What device and which difficulty level?
No issues with Android and Uncollected level fight.

Interesting someone noted how uncollected and above no issues with I believe it was Wiccan or Hulking last month and now it seems to be similar based on what you noted in comparison to my data. I know we are only two members of the community, but definitely would like to see more data to try to figure out what these issues are.

I don’t know if the game will run well on the 6 since it’s an older phone. I used the 6 until late 2019 and the game ran poorly on it back then. What iOS version are you on?

Could be due to iPhone 6?

I ran the Master level and game runs smoothly.

It's probably due to the phone. Ran the same until about half a year ago, and even then it was not a smooth experience

I have a new phone and I’m on iOS 15.5.

the 6 doesn’t support a lot of newer features. I had lots of crashes and a ton of lag with mine and that was 2-3 years ago. It was getting to a point where the game was unplayable on my iPhone 6. I doubt Kabam will actually say that your phone isn’t supported by the game; they don’t want to chase players away who use older devices. I’d def suggest looking at a newer phone or tablet.

Financially it just isn't the right time. Thank you for sharing your own personal experience with an iPhone 6 and what you observed.

I've found another area which has a similar issue for me, it is Man-Thing on Chapter 2 quest 1. This one is worse as it keeps crashing and won't let me exit the quest and do something else. At this point I will just need to delete the game and consider my time with MCOC over until either the game works with iPhone6 or I get a new phone.
