Quests stuck at 99%

I am unable to finish certain quests in act 4. All paths are explored yet my progress is stuck at 99%. This is very frustrating especially since mastery points are tied to these quests. Please fix this

inspect the map very carefully, you should see a random node in a lane you already done unclear, this is due to act 4 revamp where they merged paths in order to reduce the grind.
just do that path again and you will be good
