Unable to claim war rewards

I have the end of war rewards in my inbox since the final pre-season war. I cannot claim them. When I press claim it just refreshes the rewards and they pop back up. A few in my ally have the same problem

Ok. How do I get rid of the visual glitch then? Annoying having unread messages sit there lol
