A Tier List made by Kabam's rating system

So as we all know Kabam has added these things called "Champion Attributes" which they used to rank the champions. Someone on Reddit (not me) made a tierlist ranking the champions by these systems. Some champions are in obvious spots but some are just weird to me. Mysterio as good as CGR? Rjino two tiers above Hela? Joe Fixit above She Hulk?

What do you guys think?

    Personally I consider Hercules one of the best champs in the game.
    Personally I consider Mysterio in need of a tune-up.

    Ugh, c'mon people. Don't just believe every post you read.

    Is anyone even considering what criteria the "Someone on Reddit" used to get these numbers?

    The "Champion Attributes" contains 5 attributes:
    1) Survivability
    2) Damage
    3) Ease Of Use
    4) Utility
    5) Defender Strength

    How many of the above attributes are you using to determine the rankings for a Tier List? Do you consider "Ease Of Use" when determining the best Champions in the game? Do you really want a list that factors in both offense and defense proficiency, or do you want those on different Tier Lists?

    I'm not saying people won't still hate the numbers and order of the Champion Attributes Tier List when it's done to reflect typical Tier List considerations. And I think compiling a Tier List based on Kabam's Champion Attributes is a very good idea. But at least get to the right list. With the right attributes, numbers, and order.

    Most Tier Lists are about offensive power levels. They would arguably be factoring in "Survivability", "Damage", and "Utility" (maybe even weighting each). The attribute of "Ease Of Use" is sometimes mentioned in a Tier List, but it typically doesn't seem to impact the actual rankings. The attribute "Defender Strength" is usually only considered in a Tier List for defenders, and such a list would typically not include any of the other attributes, because an AI defender would not be accessing them at those numbers.

    So, For Ghost vs. Doctor Doom in an Offensive Tier List we would factor in the following:

    Ghost Champion Attributes:
    A) Survivability..................................4.5
    B) Damage........................................5
    C) Utility.............................................5
    ===============================
    Total Points.......................................14.5

    Doctor Doom Champion Attributes:
    A) Survivability..................................4
    B) Damage........................................3
    C) Utility.............................................5
    ===============================
    Total Points.......................................12

    Which gives Ghost 14.5 (14.5 out of 15 = 97%), and gives Doctor Doom 12 (12 out of 15 = 80%).

    So a really easy to use defender will tend to be higher than we view them, since we don’t usually include how easy to use a champ is when we think about how good they are (ghost, quake etc). Or how good they are on defence (Doom, Mojo etc).

    I’m not saying it’ll look perfect if you removed those 2 from the equation, but it may look a little closer to a reasonable take.

    Interesting, anyone want to make another tier list without these two traits?

    Also, Juggs is easy to use and probably scores some defender points. Still got an L tho…

    Meh. Quake slipping down the charts I actually kinda believe in. Sure, she's still the same quake as always, but no 6* in addition to natural counters beginning to crop up (Mole Man, Guardian, Apoc, etc.) has stopped her from being the all-encompassing ubiquitous Quake as always. I play in top-tier wars and Quake has dropped in my alliance's usage significantly, in part due to rising health pools making solos longer and harder and in part due to difficulty in finding a valid place for Quake to do her thing. Total lockdown where she works, but a lot of work went into shutting her down. Is she MID tier? Maybe not. But she's not the top of the world anymore, in my eyes.

    Ghost, well. I just suck with Ghost.

    Depends on the content really. People started calling her a god when Gauntlet cam me out. Maybe she isn’t the best option anymore in most cases, but she’s top tier when she becomes the only option.
