Alliance quest problem

Alliance quest is not allowing me to join @Kabam Miike @kabamjax @Kabam Zibiit I tried to enter them loading issues started and finally it crashed. After it crashed I started seeing these error msgs. I’ve been trying for hrs hoping I’d get in with no luck. My alliance is a top 90 alliance so this bug could really affect our final placement. I sent a ticket to support but they still haven’t responded. Heck I’m still waiting for them to respond to a ticket I sent a week ago. What’s going on?
