Is Red Mags still worth R3?

Just pulled Reg Mags and have a mutant AG, but not sure if he’s still worth moving to rank 3 in this state of the game.

If you have better options, I would do them first. If not, he will kill at R3. He does what he does well enough at two so can be priorities lower than say Apoc or Cable or Prof X, but unless you have someone worth it I would say go for it.
