It's weird if you didn't get a single point for completing it, but he doesn't fit any of the objectives so I'm not sure why you're showing the objectives screen.

You're not filtering it correctly, this is showing all champs with at least one of those tags, not champs with all three. As you can see thing is in that list and he clearly is not a small champ

You need to change the settings in the tag filter to "and." I am guessing right now they are "or." This is at the bottom of the filter screen via two boxes you can toggle between. NF is not metal or small, only a hero. Unfortunately having just a hero does not fulfill any objectives.

There are two options when you select tags. You had “any” selected so Fury shows because he’s a hero.
