Can't get into the game?

I've been having this issue for the past several days where I get the infinite loading wheel of death when I try to get on the game. No exaggeration when I say I've left my phone for 20-30 minutes at times just to get past the main screen to the game. Is anyone else having this issue or aware of it? I've asked my alliance mates and several have shared the same issues
