Godbomb opening error

I just opened 1 Godbomb crystal, had purchased 6 and they all disappeared and then I got some wonky backdrops and the rest of the Godbomb crystals disappeared. I reopened the game, no crystals, no new champs or dupes. I swear this game is falling apart. Am I going to get these crystals back?
