Major Alliance War Issues

Is anyone else experiencing major issues in alliance war? To name a few: the off season we dropped from tier 4 to tier 6, issues with point calculations even during the season, the input issues seem to be worse and the loading screen issues kept resulting in my alliance losing attack bonuses. Also lag in general unfortunately
