T5CC Crystals Missing From Crystal Storage

I'm a Thronebreaker level player and I got a bundle during the 4th of July deals that cost me 4,000 units. This bundle got me 5 T5CC Crystals, along with a few other things. I didn't open the crystals because I was already at max capacity for Cosmic T5CC. Kabam has recently upped the max capacity on catalysts, so I went to open those crystals today and they were missing from my crystal inventory. I've already submitted a trouble ticket, but has anybody else had this issue?
