Energy bug????

At the top of the picture I have 61/58 energy after using a small.wnergy refill then deciding to use a full energy refil

To explain it even more, even you use a full energy refill, instead of just giving you full energy, it adds whatever your full energy is to your current amount. So you had 3/58 energy and it added 58 to get to 61

just means you aren’t wasting energy by using the refill
