Two questions. Please leave comments guys

My first questions is how does fps work in this game. One time I had a fps logger on which showed the game running at 90 fps. But the rest of the time it only runs at 60fps.

My second question, is this a bug. My six star Karnak's rank up requires extra random items that other rank 1 to 2 don't require.

The game will run at 30fps regardless. You'll see 90 or variations when changing menus when the game isn't requiring much from your gpu.

Karnak is inhuman. He was designed to require skill/cosmic since his release. He's skill class but cosmic origin.
