Difficult to say. In part because it'll be personal preference, and in part because it depends on what content you're playing and what opposition you're facing. With those caveats, I'll give you a ranking of which champs I use the most from each class.

Science: Immortal Abomination.
Skill: Kingpin.
Mutant: Apocalypse.
Tech: Nimrod.
Mystic: Tigra.
Cosmic: King Groot.

A few asterisks: I don't have Hercules and I'm not really a Ghost player (even if I have her), so neither champ is on my list. I'm also a very new Kitty owner so we'll see what I think about her. Quake is unavailable as a 5*, so she fell away immediately.

Cosmic-Cosmic Ghost Rider, hercules and hyperion.,knull.

Tech-dont have nimrod and not much of a ghost player. So Warlock and Guardian.

Mystic-Doom , BWCV ,longshot

Mutant- Archangel, Sunspot, apocalypse, kitty pyrde, magneto

Skill-- nick fury .stealth suit spiderman.
