Game Pauses and has No Resume Button

Kabam I submitted a ticket a while back about this issue, and it feels like it was just ignored. It is a very annoying bug. Basically if I accidentally swipe the control center on my iPhone, the resume button never shows up and there is nothing I can do other than closing the game. Please fix this issue, it is very annoying, speciall when you are on AQ or War, because I loose half health 🤷🏻‍♂️

    When I swipe down Control Center (from upper right corner), and then swipe it back up (getting rid of Control Center), the game does appear to be “stuck” but only for a second or two.

    Then after initially being “stuck”, the proper Paused state does appear, and the Resume button does show up for me as it should on bottom right.
    (on iPad)

    Maybe your iPhone is having a harder/longer time to re-establish connection ? Sort of like general switching apps and trying to switch back, sometimes (most of time) will result in re-loading game from beginning screen instead of bringing you back to the screens you were in before.
    But maybe doing so during an actual fight just keeps it froze instead. Does same thing happen for you if you try to App Switch instead ?

    Or, was Control Center left on screen for quite some time before closing it to go back to fight ? (I only left Control Center up for couple seconds before swiping it closed)

    It doesn’t happen all the time. But you know as I hold my phone, sometimes it just swiped, and as I try to remove it to continue fighting I never get the resume. I have left it like that for a while to see if it comes back, but no luck. Also, I have tried switching apps and coming back to it but the resume button never shows up. This happens so often and it is annoying. I had sent a video of when it happened to Kabam, I even asked if they could add a triple tap on it to see if it was a rendering issue or if it was frozen. I honestly think the resume button is just not being rendered. As far as waiting a few seconds to close the control center I will try it, I have noticed that it happens when I close it as it was going down. Thank you @SummonerNR!
