Missing persistent charges

I started Alliance War today and my 6*r3 White Magneto(house of X) sig20 didn't have any persistent charges to start so obviously no prefight ability.

Tier6 war: 1st defender on my path 6*Sersi node 9
I haven't used white Magneto in alliance war before.
I use 6r3 Hercules sig 80 for alliance quest map 6 and general questing with persistent charges

    Update: Restarted the game a couple times when I joined AW to see if the charges would appear but didn't. Took a 3hr nap and opened the game and intended to start war without white Magneto prefight ability and they were there.

    Charges have been a consistent issue on most champs with charges from Apoc and white Magneto to Spider-Man red for years.
