Cable Degeneration with suicides

We all know that cable can inflict Degeneration on heavy or when he got inflicted with bleed
But why can't he do the same thing when he has bleed with suicide mastery
Cause we have Elsa who can inflict same degeneration with suicides at start of the Fight but why can't cable do it
Also cable has 100% chance to inflict when he bleeds against non-robotic champs and the description in his abilities was mentioned twice don't know why
Is there any explanation we can hear regarding this ??

Because when Cable was first released, that was considered *incredibly* unfair as there were zero degen counters, the degen is EXTREMELY strong as it also scales with attack nodes, and defender kills still mattered.

AKA, he would have been one of the worst defenders in the game. Thus, Kabam designated Double Edge as an effect he does not trigger Degen on.

So don't go pinging all the Kabam guys, this is fully intended, and thank heavens it is. That would STILL suck.

If you're going to go cry Elsa as an excuse, Elsa's doesn't work on Mutants. There are a LOT more mutants than robots in the game...
