Was cleanse and debuff immunity necessary for the warlock fight kabam?

It’s really not bad, all things considered. I just pulled a solo with Sym Supreme for the Control: Counter objective. Warlock himself is a great option for the Tech objective and can easily solo, and then for A-Force, Scarlet Witch, Sigil Witch, and Captain Marvel Movie are all great options. Rogue can probably swing it too, but it would be tough.

How did you get warlock timed up with no cleanse and no debuff immunity and have him run at you to intercept him

It doesn’t really matter if he has cleanse for the most part, yeah it makes getting an armour break slightly more inconvenient, but outside of that the cleanse does virtually nothing for how you’d want to play the fight overall.

No roucge won’t work at all can deal damage since she mutants so can’t steal buff

I’ve only done one or two test runs with Warlock so far, but got him down to about 50% in those trials. Bait out a special to get him at low power while you have about 2.5 bars of power. Go for the intercept at this point, and once you get it back off and parry to get the cleanse down, so you’ll eat a bit of damage there but not too much. Then he’s open for the sp2, which takes out like 20% of his health or more.

i found the debuff immunity actually helped when i was doing it with knull, obviously i didnt want to trigger the cleanse because that drains my power, so i was able to do mediums when he had debuff immunity and when he didnt i just had to do light attacks only

plus, if you armor break him and he cleanses it, he will still get his armor broken and it will go on cooldown

That's pretty much the reaction they are going for with Eternity of Pain, so mission accomplished.
