Who should I rank up to assist Act 6 Completion?

I'm not sure who would help the most in helping me complete act 6. I'm currently on 6.2.5.

I have four 5* skills awakening gems, should I use any of them on a champion now?

Aegon is really good for 6.4.6. From memory Mags is MVP for act 6 so you have him already.
