Is anyone having issues with PARRY? My champs suddenly could not parry anymore in AQ. I have 3/3 mastery in Parry and it is only happening in AQ.

    Parry seems to occur less in Act 5, AQ and AW these days and there hasn't been any official announcement regarding this, unless I have missed it.

    Theory is diminishing returns has something to do with this but it is just a theory from my understanding.

    Mines working like a finely greased wheel, finally... been broken since 12.0 release.
