Same heroes in arena?

Why we always see same heroes in arena? Sentinel, Thor, Storm etc. Maybe once in 5-6 weeks a different hero comes(alongside monthly hero ofc) but there is no diversity in arena anymore. I’m waiting for Gwenpool or Human Torch arena for months.
