Is there a mod I can DM about a support ticket issue?

I have a support ticket that has been open for over a week.. after 4 days they asked me to reply by the 26th (I replied on the 25th).... It's now the 28th and I haven't heard anything from support.. who do I talk to about this? It's very, very frustrating.
