Why is Punisher 2099’s regen sooooo bad compared to the other tech champions? It doesnt really make sense, especially since hes such high prestige as a 5* also but couldnt regen himself out of a paper bag.

Hes different in marvel aswell.

    Because he is more of a "jack of all trades" champ. He can do quite a few different things, so he's not going to excel in everything. Punisher has pretty good power control. Every champ can't have everything. At least he has even has some.

    Your missing the point though, where is the explanation on why his regen is terrible in comparison with other tech champions? Nebula has great power control and her regen is crazy good with shock charges.

    No, the point is every champ's abilities are different. Not all tech champs regen. Most of the ones that do regen have their sig associated with it. Iron Man/Patriot get regen with sig, Nebula regains self repair charges, and Howard the Duck's self repair is part of his sig, too. I don't know why there has to be a specific reason for his regen to be the way it is. It's just the way he's designed.

    Its not even regen they may aswell remove it from his character.
