Bug with specials being launched by defenders

iPhone max xs , 15.3.1, any gameplay.
It seems Whenever I am near a defender and they get off an sp1/2, despite trying to push myself in the other direction I am pulled in and take the special. Anyone else experiencing this?
It be really hard to prove with a video, since it is controls.
