Sigil champion question

Do we know if there will be another champion offered with sigil credits? I’m wondering if I should save up to dupe sigil witch or hold off on the off chance there’s a new champion? Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t it last October when we were able to get enough credits to get 6 star sigil witch? I wouldn’t want to dupe her just for the new champion to be introduced a couple weeks later.
