Hlo im currently playing act 4 but act 3 and 2 is showing as 0% completed

They revamped Act's 1-4, and paths have been reduced, entire chapters eliminated, etc.

Unless you had done an Act fully 100%, your completion status has been adjusted to the new maps.
And if you only did a single path thru them earlier, and those paths are now eliminated, it could potentially show you at 0% now.

At least it doesn’t look like it re-locked Act-4 on you. So you should be fine,
