Not expecting Magneto level, lol. Expecting a return to the old buff program where this level of buff wouldn't be a contender for top buff of the year.
The year hasn't even come to an end yet. Storm and Gamora both had better buffs. Sure, these buffs aren't as impactful as last year's but they are still something and help tons of players out, especially the newer ones.
Gamora had a better buff on her 3rd buff. Storm was good, but the only good one. And they're taking another break in October with no buffs. So Ant-Man and Rocket Raccoon is all we have to look forward to.

Good news there then because rocket and ant man are both objectively just as terrible as juggs pre buff
Nah, rocket raccoon actually has really good damage. He holds the record for the Gwenmaster takedown I believe. And Ant-Man with the Falcon synergy does too.

Unduped Ant-Man, no synergies, is the worst character in the game. Totally unplayable. Anything will help
The best buff so far this year imo. The guy is basically unstoppable for like forever. Now he might not be the mystic utility but the fact that when using juggy in the right match up you basically can't get hit with a 5 combo to the face. If that's not utility on its own then don't know what is. To top it off he is very simple to play and not a parry heavy champ. Thanks once again kabaam and this is what you call a buff.
Swedeah posted an R3 RoL WS fight. Took one minute, with suicides. That’s all I need to see. The DPS scales well enough for a B- level player like me to enjoy it
True. So I took the kit into the Legendary Valkyrie side quest. Used it in four of the fights, no problems, that the kit was suited for — didn’t use it on the Static Shock one, for example.
If the answer now is “You can use any kit there,” that’s the point, right? No one would, pre-buff. Because the damage was that bad. You COULD take it in there, pre-buff. But no one WOULD.
I took that R1 6-star in there and it was fun — that’s all it needs to be, for me
Pretty fun and respectable damage. I still kind of wish he had a mechanic similar to Dragon Man where he instantly regenerated a chunk of damage taken while unstoppable.
If we’re talking about “can this champion go where they previously couldn’t,” which in my opinion is a very good criteria to use, I would like to submit for consideration (courtesy of Swedeah):
