Visual Glitch or Actual Numbers?

So I thought of doing 3* robot carina challenge, did two fights and I got some interesting result.
The special dmg numbers seems way too high, I dropped sp3 when Winter Soldier was around 6% and Captain Marvel at around 10% just to see if it can KO her.
So just wanna ask are these numbers a visual glitch or is it really possible to get that big damage?

Since she does an automatic KO in that case, the value assigned to that SP3 is a max value for the programming language storage variable assigned for attack damage. (at least for the 2.147b Biggest Hit number).
Left side number in those pics seem to use different storage variable types (??) which may act strange when interacting 2.147b other variable type, and so has been seen higher like those #'s there.
