AA vs Killmonger's Power Gain

Am I going crazy here?
AA's neuros aren't turning off KM's 15% power gain, and I'm sure they used to... or am I imagining things and he's never turned off the extra power gain? I know it mentions armour break in his description but nothing about AAR.

@BitterSteel mentioned they noticed in the Gauntlet yesterday and it stuck in my head and I noticed when I was fighting some KM before but I forgot which. Here's a video of AA vs my own KM so no nodes or anything special and he's still gaining a ton of power with 3 + neuros. He's at max sig.

Could totally be something like the Mandela effect. Or I'm going crazy, so maybe someone can clear that up please 🤣

You need the AAR to prevent him from regaining the armor passive after cooldown from his sig ability, then also need it to prevent him from reactivating his sig ability when struck even after preventing the initial return of the armor passive. It will not work with an unawakened KM.

Thanks. If the sig is the only part affected by aar then I've obviously been multiverse jumping.

It’s not just the sig that’s affected. If he has the armor passive he will gain the power, AA’s only way to deny him the armor is to prevent it from returning after KM’s sig ability kicks in.
