Getting Push Notifications For Other Alliances

I’ve been getting push notifications that make no sense.
Got another one today so decided to post.

I have no idea who this player is, we aren’t in the same alliance, and looking at profile isn’t even a leader in their own alliance that could start a alliance quest.

    Even though your Pic does show that person is the Leader, that doesn’t matter.
    With the change to pre-configuring of AQ implemented a while back, anyone in an alliance can get “credit” now for having “started” an AQ (by virtue of just being the first person to either Spectate or Join that new day's AQ).

    As to the Notifications, have there been OTHER accounts (either yours, or someone else's that used to play on different accounts on your device) that was affiliated with that other alliance ?
    (even maybe a friend or brother/sister, who maybe used to have that phone before giving the phone to you).

    The game would know what devices other accounts had logged into the game from, and may still have that linked to those other accounts, thus sending you notifications when you don’t think it should,
