AQ Glory (Haven't received weekly rewards)

Two weeks prior to this one I participated in Map 3 AQ for all 5 days with my alliance and hadn''t gotten the weekly rewards and honor rewards. I wasn't sure if it were just a fluke on my end so I updated the game and waited but still never came. I played through last weeks AQ (map 3 all 5 days of the week) and received my rewards for last week. Is/was there a reason I didn't receive the rewards for two weeks ago but received for the previous week?
