Where do I find Vanquishing Blow?

I don’t even know what it is, where it is or anything! Can I have some help at least finding where it is?

    Its under your solo events window

    In the bottom right corner of the screen, there is a check mark. That will take you to the EVENTS. Then at the top click on the SOLO EVENTS button if available.
