Arena bots/bans but they keep the champion?

So a number of bans for bots/etc have occurred particularly with the Valkyrie arena. Many of those were top 100. Why is it that they get to keep the champ and then people who should have gotten it don’t?

Well, since I know several that got hit and I can see their profile it’s not that hard bud. A sig 200 Valkyrie is hard to hide. Also, they’ve let it go in the past.

Theres more than one way to get valkryie though. Same.goes for getting sig 200
