So I'm taking my new IHulk Rank 3 out for a spin on ROL. Everyone knows first opponent is our good friend Winter Soldier.
So I go through the SP rotation with my new rank up, only to be disappointed that he just isn't able to land the medium hits in time to continue another combo.
I'm staring RIGHT AT the Stun Debuff and can CLEARLY see that there is still time remaining, BUT YET as I go to throw my medium Winter Soldier is able to get off his SP.
No wonder why I don't put as much time into this game as I used to. Nothing is ever going to get fixed...
