Kabam account
Ok, I already know this "isn't the place", but I ask the forum moderators to please continue to pass along the need to improve the process on switching email accounts. Suddenlink was bought by optimum and my Kabam email account is gone. Everyone knows the list of requests is crazy. I gave them a ton of info, but they say at least one of my answers is wrong. How did I know any of them??? The one wrong one is probably my original account date. I have given oldest purchases I can find, the oldest achievement I could find, more and more and hope this time is successful. Changing my Kabam acct email has been the hardest of them all!
Can you please pass this along? It would be great if you could help if it doesn't take, but know the acct details need to go through support, but my gosh, this is a bit much.
I gave them my first and second 5*s I opened over two years ago as extra info. Not that support have this detail, but this is a bit over the top. I understand security, but set up a special 4 digit code or secret question.
