Confused for further progression

These are my 5* and 6* champion, I have skill, mutant, science awakening gem.
I don't know whom to upgrade so they would be useful in Act 6.
Help should I upgraded my rank 4 champ or new champ.!?

Warlock will be very helpful on paths where you need immunities. Plenty of metal champs and bosses Red Mags will be needed for. Doom as well for act 6 and you will need Sym Supreme for 6.3.1 Medusa.
