Thronebreaker tickets for Cavalier players

I purchased the 7 Thronebreaker $5 deals and was wondering how to cash them in. Is it only for those who are thronebreaker and above, or is it somewhere I'm not finding? If someone could help me out with that, it would be greatly appreciated.

    It's not an option to collect the Thronebreaker deal, only Uncollected and Cavalier.

    After I buy the Cavalier option the throne breaker option pops up behind it and I purchase it too.
