Lol that will never happen. That’s like asking for StarLord’s combo meter not to reset from fight to fight.

It's not though. His battery is what makes him slightly decent. If he has it from fight to fight it will make him more viable.

Punisher 2099 isn't meant to be dependant on his recharge. He is supposed to be able to use the Battery to Stun, Heal Block, Disable Evade, Armor break, and more. However if you use him in quests, and he has 90 charge, then you go into another fight with 25, it seems a little dumb to me. I think it would also help him rise up in the tier ranks.
