Please help me

I have played this game for years and about 2 years ago all my chat features don’t work global, ally, friends, incursions. I can see peoples chats but whenever I try to send one and press enter it just closes my keyboard almost like if the message was sent but it wasn’t. Im on iPad and I have seen a lot of this issue happen to people and none of the solutions work for me I even reinstalled the game. It’s so annoying and I thought it might have been a chat ban but I have no idea why cuz I never say anything bad lol and if it was temp I don’t think it would last over a year but if this has happened to you and you fixed it please, please tell me how.
