Kabam, I’ve come to bargain… (QS/SW synergy)

Can we PLEASE push the prowess limit up to 5. Simply put, 3 just isnt nearly as fun. I was looking at my screenshots from yesterday and that’ll still keep most of her sp2s at/below 200K unless you get phenomenal rng (which basically happens 1 out of 10 sp2s, which makes up for the pain of the 22k sp2s that happen when it doesn’t crit).

My biggest one yesterday was 1.479M lol. It was fun but I understand why that can’t stay… but going from that to 140K is heartbreaking. I did manage to generate one huge sp2 since the synergy nerf (340K+) but that was after about 10 fights and so many non-crit sp2s later (3 prowess, 3 fury, 2 cruelty) with a full synergy team of SWigil, Quicksilver, Longshot, and Rogue (same one I used yesterday). Can you at least let the CCP at least test it at 5 prowess cap before making this 3 finalized.

Yeah their post about a change to the synergy in the "coming days" actually came within 4 hours. Quick fix there kabam. I wanted more time to farm health potions and enjoy it while I do.

Agreed, I also hoped to have fun for the next couple of days and was disappointed that they achieved beyond expectations for once!

I knew this was going to happen, they didn’t put any limit to synergy, at that time i realised after the bundle expire they will put limit on number of Prowess. Just wait and watch, they will nerf quick silver soon. Thats why I don’t buy from thugs.

This was the fastest fix ever seen... Agree it should be 5 as a limit. A max of 3 is not even fun anymore.

Lol, right. I get that they just wanted to stop it fast… fine. But now let’s come up with a way for it to still be fun instead of nerfing it so far that it’s not special anymore. Not only that, but I’m sure A LOT of people purchased the QS early bundle after seeing the synergy. We all new 1.5M was sticking around but building a full synergy team to basically average (with the non-crit sp2s included) 100K makes it almost pointless. Finding a happy medium will not break the game. Not when I can do 350K worth of damage with CGR in 20 seconds with zero synergies.

Interestingly, when they showed the synergy in Quicksilver's Deep Dive she had only three Prowess and did a "modest" 79k damage - but, of course, with a Prowess of 100% things start getting insane rather quickly after that.

The thing about that is she can hit those numbers solo. 80-90k with great rng was doable. This synergy was fun and really made her a wanted/great champ. Yes, it was TOO MUCH (lol) but now it’s too little. I looked back at my screenshots from yesterday when I was just having too much fun with it and basically all the big numbers were always with 8+ prowess, plus other buffs… after playing around with the new 3 max, it would end up just putting her right back on the bench with maybe some occasional EQ use. 5 (or even 6) would be reasonable, non-game breaking, really useful, and actually fun.

When RNG is good she is great. Just ran a fight and got specials of 158K, 89K, 102K and 105K. All with three prowess or less.

So not as nutty as 700K but pretty cool considering her other abilities (regen, power gain). I’ll take it. If they wanna increase it to 5 prowess cap, that’s obv fine with me.
