Clarification about scorpion and sting debuffs

Hello everyone, not sure if this has been talked before but I wanted a clarification about scorpion's sting debuffs.
As you know his sting debuffs are DoTs and also act like power stings. I say act like it because it seems they don't interact with CEQ nodes and I can only assume they don't work for a power sting path (confirm anyone ?).
I'm not saying it's a bug or it should work that way, I just wanted to check if the interaction was intended.

    They are a sting debuff not a power sting, thus they will not count towards power sting required nodes, however just add mister fantastic and she hulk to the team and problem solved
