If it was taken off tier 1 and 2 because debuff detox isn’t working correctly why is it still available for tiers 3-5? Mind as well just make it the global for tier 3-5 this season.

Clarity on war scoring
Can anyone explain how these two changes don’t contradict each other, more times then not our opponents just skip a full section of a tier to ensure they can clear the boss still. They benefit points from boss clear while we don’t get anything from 8-10 defenders remaining
