I don't understand such post, why don't u bring him to ur squad and try it urself. If it is a new champ like Ragnarok, he is not available(unless u pay) and one might search for YouTube videos to know about him. But this champ is here for a long time.

he is currently one of the GOD-TIER champ, in the same league as Starky, Hyperion, Voodoo, GP, etc
dupped or undupped, bring him to R5 5/50 for sure
in mutant, he is definitely top 4, together with AA, Wolverine, and X-23
