Summoner resort

Hey guys, i just want to ask if this summoner resort is for paragon players only? I never got any rewards from it and it only says pending since it started and i just saw Prof. Hoff’s video that he was able to go to that summoner resort store and buy something there. Please help me.

There’s the FTP Happy Camper version then there is the pay version Regal Resort. It is very confusing how it was set up. There are slight differences in the rewards and what you’re able to buy with them.

I've been playing since 2015, it was never ftp friendly. The summoner resort is nothing compared to July 4th deals or gifting.
