7hr crystal

Is anyone else not able to see the 7hr crystal? I restarted my game multiple times and I’ve not been able to see the crystal. Is this a known bug??

Update. I now see the 7hr crystal but it has a 3hr cooldown

I get that you probably didn’t check the date, but necroing is frowned upon
