AQ energy

Is this a known issue? I finished a fight and had 4 energy. I then went to move to the next fight which costed 2 energy. The game proceeded to take the 2 energy and begin the process of moving. At this point i would have 2 remaining energy. However before I had moved, the game started showing the network issues symbol. I waited 30 seconds. Nothing changed so i closed app. When i reopened AQ i realised that the movement had not taken place but the 2 energy was still gone
