Bullet Time Node Broken

So while fighting the Super Skrull boss in 7.4.4 I noticed that sometimes Bullet time will literally just forget to apply the stun when dexing an attack but will still take all the charges away. I don't understand how the game can register that I dexed an attack enough to remove the charges but not do the actual purpose of the node. No there was not stun immunity active every time this has happened it has happened when super skrull hasn't even thrown a special in the match. Its annoying having to revive champs not because I messed up but just cause the game doesn't work properly.
