EOP should be permanent content.

It's good for both player base and kabam.

It's a pit for portions which will benefit kabam as well.Also compared to other content it should have lower design and implementation time.

What we REALLY need is that ice Phoenix again, but you have to beat her with a 2014, 2015, or 2016 champion. That would really put the pain in Eternity of pain.
